Why use SMSAnyone Desktop?

What do I need to send SMSes on SMSAnyone Desktop?

To send SMSes with SMSAnyone you need to register and activate your Account. You can compose messages when offline, but must have Internet access when sending.

How do I register?

Install the application on your computer

Open the application (SMSAnyone Desktop) click on New Register

Fill in your details

You will receive an activation code on your phone, which you’ll use to activate your account

How do I activate my account?

To activate your account:

Login with your username and password
Click on the Activation Tab
Enter the activation code > then click on activate
A dialogue box showing you’ve successfully activated your account will appear after you successfully activate your account.

How to send SMSes

To send a message:

Login with your username and password
Create the message
Paste numbers / select contacts from your address book
Click on queue SMS. Your message is then sent to outbox
Go to out box and click on send now.

How to send SMSes

There are two options for sending BULK SMSes

You can add all the contacts in your address book. If you choose this option, you have to create an address book and manually add all your contacts.
You can paste numbers from your phone book (external), notepad or any other application e.g. excel or word. If you choose to use this option ensure that ALL your numbers are in one column and are in the format 254722123456 or 0722123456.
For example if you are sending a message to 0722123456, 0733123456 and 0720112233 you paste the numbers as
0722123456
0733123456
0720112233
Or
254722123456
254733123456
254720112233

How soon is an account credited?

An account is credited soon after we receive the credit, and a confirmation is sent to your number.

You can purchase Credits from KSH 50 to KSH 10,000 via sambaza or Me2u

How Many Free SMSes do I get?

You get 3 FREE SMSes after you successfully activate your account. To send SMSes, you’ll be required to purchase. Click here for details.

How to get Activation code / Password

Send an email to support@bernsoft.com with your registered number.

Can I send SMS to international numbers in the UK, US and other countries?

The international feature has been disabled in SMSAnyone Desktop, and indeed there is no pricing structure for it either. SMSAnyone Desktop delivers text messages only to mobile users who have Kenyan mobile phones. That is to Safaricom and Celtel (Kenya) Subscribers only.
